I’m Here! (In the New Forest)

I’ve just arrived in the New Forest, which is in the south of England. The New Forest is a designated national park and one of my favourite places to stay.

I’m here for the next five days and will write up some full posts when I’m back. But for now, here’s a few photos of the lodge I’m staying at and the surrounding area.

And to make things even better, staff gave us an Easter gift. A cellophane wrapped bundle containing six Easter eggs and a bottle of wine.

  1. That’s a cool area! (I haven’t been there for many years.) There’s something a couple of hours and over the Shenandoah Mountains west of me called the ‘New River’. I strongly suspect it’s no ‘newer’ than ‘your’ forest!
I hope you enjoy your time there.

    1. Thank you. I visited the New Forest a couple of times when I was young, but naturally I can’t remember it much. I’ve been back the past two years and it’s beautiful. I’m sure it’s probably no newer than the rather old New Forest where I’m staying☺

  2. Aloha beautiful,

I just came across your blog and I couldn’t resist following a London girl writing about fashion, beauty and travel 🙂

I love that we are interested in the same type of things and write about similar topics

I just recently started my blog where I will write about my 60lbs weight loss journey (and hopefully motivate and inspire you to become the healthiest and strongest you :-)) beauty, fitness, different places around the world and different types of cuisines.

I would love to see you on my blog and being part of my journey 🙂

Check it out and follow me if you are interested:-)

    Have a lovely day!

    Aloha from Hawaii
