New Year’s Resolutions-November Update

I planned to post this right at the start of the month but so much has been happening; some good, some bad. So here’s a look at how I did with my resolutions in November.

1- Eat healthy & Exercise

As usual tick and tick! I finished training with my personal trainer in November as he’s moved to a different area, but I still managed to keep up my 3-4 gym or exercise sessions a week.

I also ate healthily most of the month, but had a few cheat meals out.

In November I read:

-Lonely Planet’s Pocket Copenhagen

3- Do 2 New Things Per Month


We tried Pizza Express for the first time and their vegan pizza was amazing!

I tried some cupcakes from Vida Bakery and the cinnamon one is just the best.

We spent the day at Windsor Castle and town.

And we celebrated my grandad’s 80th birthday by going out for a family meal.

4-Visit three NEW countries and three NEW cities (Any towns and villages or any extra countries and cities are a bonus)

We visited the town of Windsor, but no other new places.

5- Use Up What I Have Before Buying More

I definitely kept to this in November. I started to focus on using up older or opened products in my collection. I also didn’t buy anything I didn’t need.

Bonus Round

Sadly ‘me time’ is few and far between at the moment. The time I get home from work, I either eat and go to the gym or wash my hair and do bits like washing clothes. I need to try to get the balance right, as I’ve been feeling a bit drained.
